Her international journey has taken her to China, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia, Russia, Azerbaijan, the United Arab Emirates, Ghana, Kenya, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Türkiye, Uruguay, Guatemala, Peru, Canada and the United States.

Our tastings are designed to be both educational and enjoyable, perfect for curious newcomers and seasoned connoisseurs alike.
Choose from one of our three tasting packages, each featuring 3 Tequilas (2 oz pours) and a thoughtful pairing of dry snacks.
Each tasting is designed to be enjoyed at your own pace and typically lasts between 40 minutes and one hour.
As part of our commitment to responsible enjoyment, we limit each guest to one tasting package per day.

Tequila Experience
Discover Tequila beyond the glass.
This guided educational experience takes you through the fascinating world of Tequila — from its history, Agave and Denomination of Origin to the essential elements of its production process.
Along the way, you’ll taste four carefully selected Tequilas representing the four main classes:
Blanco (Silver or Plata)
Reposado (Aged)
Añejo (Extra Aged)
Extra Añejo (Ultra Aged)
Through each glass, you’ll begin to recognize how production methods and maturation influence the aromas, flavors, body and finish of Tequila, while discovering the diversity behind Mexico’s most iconic spirit.

Tequila Master Class
Take your Tequila knowledge to the next level.
Designed for those who already understand the fundamentals of Tequila and want to go deeper, this Master Class focuses on sensory evaluation — learning how to identify, describe and compare the aromas, flavors, textures, body and finish found in different Tequilas.
Guided by Gabriela Cañedo, you’ll evaluate four thoughtfully selected Tequilas from different classes, brands and distilleries, discovering the individual characteristics and sensory profiles expressed in each glass.
More than tasting Tequila, this is about learning how to evaluate it.
